Research & Conceptualization

Every project begins with a deep dive into its context—physical, cultural, environmental, and experiential. We gather insights, analyze constraints, and uncover opportunities that shape our design direction. From there, we explore bold, unconventional ideas through massing and early spatial models. This phase is both analytical and imaginative, setting the creative and strategic foundation of the project

Design Development

With a clear concept in place, we refine the architecture—developing spatial layouts, selecting materials, and integrating structure, systems, and environmental strategies. Collaborating with consultants, we use BIM and other digital tools to test performance, align with budgets, and ensure design integrity across disciplines.

Construction Documentation

This is where vision meets precision. We produce detailed construction drawings and technical specifications that guide permitting, bidding, and building. All elements—architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing—are coordinated to ensure clarity and compliance. This phase serves as the bridge between design intent and physical execution.
